The breakfast options were varied each day, offering delightful surprises and plenty to choose from. The clean, modern facilities made for a pleasant stay.
Unfortunately, the toiletries weren't provided during my stay. I had to purchase even basic items like toothbrushes, which was unexpected and inconvenient.

Why I’m torn on this
The bed was incredibly soft and allowed me to sleep like a baby! ! The hotel was also conveniently located near many food spots, making dining a breeze.
The breakfast was often running low or absent, leading to frustrating mornings. Additionally, service felt a bit disorganized during busy times, impacting the overall experience.

This hotel was a proper fit for shopping in Chino Hills with value for money. The breakfast options were decent, but they seemed a bit understocked. Make sure to check if the breakfast area is fully stocked during peak hours.

I had a great time with my friends! The room was comfy with soft and firm pillows, which made for a good night's sleep. We enjoyed visiting the Auto Club Speedway and some local shops during our stay. The breakfast was decent, and there was plenty of space for our group. The microwave and mini fridge were also super handy.
However, the fan in the bathroom didn't work, which was a bit annoying.

Comfort Meets Convenience!
I recently spent two great nights in a clean hotel that offered soft, comfortable beds and pillows—definitely a recipe for restful sleep! The convenience of the included breakfast and proximity to various dining options made my stay even better. Space for parking was ample, too.

i really enjoyed my stay at holiday inn express & suites. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a microwave and a nice-sized mini fridge. the included breakfast was decent, and having a choice of soft and firm pillows was a nice touch. there was plenty of space for my group to eat together too.

The bathroom fan didn’t function properly!!! Soap dispensers are placed inconveniently far from the sink!!! Noise from the common areas can be quite disruptive during your stay!!!

Recommended for families looking to relax
The breakfast provided was good quality and fresh, just what we needed to start our day right. The room was nice and spacious enough for my family, the microwave and fridge were lifesavers for snacks and late-night meals.
It wasn't cheap though it was still acceptable for what we got.

the check-in process was a bit slow, but the amenities were great! outdoor ambiance was super nice. All dove products in the room! 🛁🥰 breakfast felt like a real restaurant!
